Lots of folk write and ask me for advice, instructions and general information. I decided that I would put a place on the internet that allows them to visit and see what mischief I am (or have been) up to. Hopefully it will be appreciated - please feel free to press Ctrl + End and go to the bottom of this page and give me some feedback. If you think that it is worth it, please tell your friends, if not, please tell me - thank you.

It is my intention to add something here every 7 to 10 days - the most recent stuff will always be at the top of the page to save you time. My policy and techniques for removing stuff from the bottom - there will only ever be two weeks information shown in this page. At the bottom there will be a link to an index of earlier pages. This way, it will stop the page from becoming too long and unwieldy !

You will have heard me express great joy at eating in the The Hare and Hounds - it is fantastic, a real quite an experience. It is what it is because of Bernie and Terry. After several years of hard work, bring the place up to its present high standard, they have decided to move on to pastures new. I wish them well in their new venture.

If you want to see and taste it at its "High Point", you have about two weeks to do it. What will happen at the H&H, who can tell ??

Im not really sure why I am telling you, but periodically through my life, my back has "given out on me" for a few day. (Its all on account of the huge effort of carrying my large belly I guess - hehehehe - self inflicted, I know). When I awoke on Sunday morning, I found that it had "gone again". So Im in for a few (hopefully) days of pain and a somewhat tedious lack of mobility.
No flowers please !!
Once again, not a lot of activity this week !

Have you ever heard the expression "little things please little minds" ? Well I guess that the fact that I loved www.gadgets.co.uk Must be a further demonstration of the size of mine. I spent ages wandering around the site, metaphorically "Ooohhing and Aahhing" It is worth a visit, even for clever and serious folk.
(I wanted to buy an amusing NickNack for a friend of mine and guessed at the name of the site, struck lucky!! - and after all the time I spent there, I was so spoiled for choice that I did not buy anything)

If you are looking for something that does something similar to (only better) Windows Explorer, then Windows Commander - Home could be what you are after - free or you can give the programmer a small sum for his hard word, by registering the product
A chap that I know has created a Virtual Picture Gallery It' worth a visit, I never realised that he is such a good painter !
Do you want to know more about Electronic Junk Mail (also known as SPAN) ? Well the Spamhaus Project really is helpful in telling you about it !!
Do you ever have a computer file and wonder what it is for ? Find out here . If you follow the links within the site, it provided several more pages of useful information.
